Returns and Exchanges / Damages


All returns require an RGA number. Items without an RGA number will be refused. To obtain this information you must contact us via Email or Chat and please write the information we provide to you on the returning box.

There is a 15-day limit for returning items. Parts purchased from the online store must be returned in original packaging new & not used condition. Parts returned to be found used will not be credited. If a wrong Item is delivered, then we will send you the new item without any charges. If a customer has received damaged freight then the customer must file a claim with the shipping company UPS/FEDEX/USPS on the same day.

Any items returned due to consumers ordering the wrong part or discovering they no longer desire the part(s), customers are obligated to pay the return shipping charges, even on free shipping items. Handling and shipping charges under any conditions are nonrefundable.

All returned item(s) are subject to inspection. All items returned must be in new and sellable condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and paperwork (i.e. owner's manual, warranty card, etc.).

We do not accept returns on certain items such as Paints, chemicals, Circuit boards, electrical components, SPECIAL ORDERS & discontinued items. Please ensure that you find our policy agreeable before making your purchase.
