Shipping Policy

In-Stock items will be shipped within 24 hours, only if provided all the information is correct. Please Print and keep a copy of your receipt showing your order information and order number.  All orders received before noon (Eastern Time) will be processed on the same day. Any orders placed after noon (Eastern Time) or on weekends or Holidays will be processed on the next open business day. All Items over 150 lbs or an oversized box will have special shipping terms and you will be quoted by phone or email of the shipping charges. In case there is a hold on the card for payment from credit card protection services all shipments will be delayed until the card has been verified.

Damaged Freight

Any product/products that have been damaged by the shipping company UPS/FedEx/USPS the customer should file a damaged freight claim with the shipping company directly. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim and Sapaso Pools doesn't take any responsibility for this. While placing the order, the customer agreed to these terms.
